Sign up, set up your company workspace, or join a team you've been invited to.
Start a new company
Sign up
Go to app.fylder.com/signup and enter your full name, work email and a password. Select Create account.
Tell us about your business
Enter your company name and choose your industry (for example lawn care, landscaping, electrical or pest control). Select Set up your business.
Fylder sets your company's time zone from your computer's clock. You can change it later in Company settings.
You're in
Fylder opens your Home dashboard. You're the owner of the new company, so you can see and change everything. Next, work through Set up your company.
Join a team you've been invited to
If someone on your team invited you, you'll get an email with an invitation link.
- Open the link. The page says You've been invited to Fylder.
- Sign in, or create an account with the email address the invitation was sent to.
- Select Join your team. You'll see the team's schedule, clients and jobs, with the access your role allows.
If the page says This invitation is no longer valid, the invitation has expired or was cancelled. Ask whoever invited you to send a new one from Users & logins.
Sign in
Go to app.fylder.com/login and enter your email and password.
If you see Couldn't sign you in, check the email address and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
Forgot your password
- On the sign-in page, choose to reset your password.
- Enter your email and select Send reset link.
- Open the link in the email and choose a new password.
Belong to more than one company
You can be a member of several companies with one login, for example if you do work for two businesses. Switch between them from your account menu (your initials, top right) under Switch team. Each company's data is completely separate.
