Company settings
Your company's details, time zone, currency, tax rate and payment terms.
Go to Settings → Company. Only owners and admins can change these settings.
Company details
Your company name, phone, email, website, address and industry.
Time zone
Your company has one time zone, and everyone on your team sees dates and times in it: the schedule, job times, due dates, "today" on the Home page, and "this month" on Insights and Payments.
This means a crew member whose phone is set to another zone still sees a 9:00 job at 9:00.
New companies start with the time zone of the computer used to sign up. Change it under Company time zone if that's wrong. The list shows Canada & US zones first, and All time zones below.
Billing defaults
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Currency | The currency for all amounts. Defaults to USD. |
| Default tax rate (%) | Filled in on new quotes and invoices, and used on invoices created from jobs. You can change it on each document. |
| Payment terms (days) | When you mark an invoice as sent without a due date, it's due this many days later. Defaults to 30. |
Select Save settings when you're done.
